You may assume that loaded implies every seat filled but that does not make it the definition of the word. Loaded means loaded, fully loaded means fully loaded. If you have twenty people in your aircraft you don't say you flew empty, do you? Since there were pax and cargo on those aircraft what part specifically of my statement was not factual?

After watching four loaded aircraft crash into buildings and a field in PA on 9/11 "experts said it would be at least a decade before people would feel safe to fly again. It took three years to, not only have them feel safe, but to exceed the previous high. Business moving away from central campuses and allowing people to live elsewhere will likely increase travel demand, not decrease it. My wife is a remote worker for years. She has to fly to the mother ship five or six times per year. If she had to live close to her corporate headquarters and commute in every day she wouldn't be taking those flights. Multiply that times millions of new remote workers. It may take a while but we will surpass 2019 numbers. My guess would be sometime in 2022/2023. I think we will hit 1.2 to 1.3 million on the holidays before the end of this year. We will likely cross one million by mid November.
Oh, and if you have used Zoom you know how bad it sucks, not to mention the security risks with online meetings for corporations. High ticket sales and many sensitive meetings cannot be had any other way than in person.

Yes, Zoom sucks, but it and other platforms suck so much because the bandwidth isn’t there yet for that many people. There are a lot of other factors you’re not taking into account. The number of brick and mortar business that have failed.
Overnight cargo is big. But Amazon is leasing that capacity right now. They don’t plan to use that much long term. They and many other companies are building a HUGE number of warehouses so they can pre-po stuff and not overnight it as much.
There is a lot of things that are changing to adapt to changes in the world.
It took 18 years to get here from 9/11. The world changes but it won’t be back as quick as you think. Too many other factors.
