Default AQP Training VS traditional training?

Wanted some advice,

What is better training AQP or traditional in terms of
truly understanding the material and successfully passing training?
many airlines don’t have AQP but envoy I think they do correct me if I am wrong.
how is the overall training At envoy. I heard you guys have your own 175 sim so that is great
and that you have your own company instructors or is it farmed out to someone light flight safety

The AQP is mostly check the boxes type of activities. The systems training is 4 days of power points going through each system for a hour or two. It’s really up to you if you want to self study to truly understand it all. Then you take a Shepaird air type test that everyone has the answers to. The sim training is great and will have you prepared for the check-ride. It’s a mixture of Envoy ground instructors and Envoy line flying pilots that will teach you on Envoys sims. Pretty similar process anywhere you go that’s AQP. Far easier with almost a 97% pass rate compared to a traditional 121 checkride.
