Envoy Training Footprint
 

Hello all,

I'm interviewing with Envoy soon (61 & 141 CFI, unrestricted ATP) and hoping to get some information on their training footprint. I know not long ago there were pretty significant delays in getting a CJO and getting a class date for ATP-CTP. Plus delays between ATP-CTP and indoc. Is there any current information on any training delays?

I am currently halfway through sim training. I have heard of people waiting up to 5 weeks between Indoc and emergency training, but 1-2 weeks is more normal. Once you start emergency training, expect no more than three days off in a row through the end of IOE. Envoy is well staffed on sim instructors and IOE captains, they are very well paid.

Yes.... go through the main questions thread. This has been answered a few times.

Technically health insurance, disability insurance, and 401k withholding begins after 30 days of employment. Travel benefits begin as soon as you fill out the paperwork and get your dependents and/or parents verified. Sick time begins accruing after 90 days. You accrue vacation per month worked in 2023 but can’t take it until 2024.

Is employment date the day of your orientation date?

Yes. That is your employment and seniority list date.
