Anyone recently interviewed with Envoy?
 

I interview with them next week for an entry level FO position. Curious as to what are the main things I should be studying/preparing for. Thanks for your input/help, and if you're down to hop on a call feel free to shoot me your number!

They basically want to see how you are and that you have IFR knowledge as well as Jepps Charts.

Would anyone be able to elborate on whether it's difficult to earn a position as an FO without going through the cadet program? I'm currently instructing at a university not associated with the cadet program, which deems me ineligible for it. Additionally, are they expecting you to apply for FO prior to reaching your R-ATP minimums (and if so, how early?) or only once they are met? I appreciate the insight in advance!
