Anyone know what they are looking for at the "Captain's Review Board?"

It is more of a formality. They will review all of your documentation and make sure everything looks right. It is possible to not make it past this stage, but I haven't heard of anyone getting tossed at this point.

Seriously, it's a review of your packet to make sure everything is in order. It's a formality for most. |

Yeah, I’d like to know the same. Is it more of a formality or can I expect a higher chance of being denied?

did you interview recently?
I’m military so they needed proof of separation from the Air Force before meeting the board. I provided that, but haven’t heard anything back. |

Yeah interviewed on mid-May and got the pre-employment offer. Did the drug test, fingerprints, etc. Still waiting to hear back.

Interviewed second to last week of May. Still waiting to hear back about Captain's review board as well. While reading the other active thread in this forum, it appears they are working through reshuffling class dates for the removal of orientation dates. I want to email them to check in but I'm trying to be patient while they work through this. I'm sure they are busy! |
Once upon a time there was an FO hired that lacked any semblence of rational thought. Booked positive space tickets to Paris, Openly defied the FOM, called in sick and went to a theme park.
Flight ops conducted an actual investigation into how this person got hired. Tons of red flags were found, however recruiting and HR found him to be an "interesting candidate". Suddenly, for no reason at all, the captains review board was born. |

Don't leave us hanging. Was this during the Eagle days? Did this person actually make it through training? And what were these numerous red flags?
