That's been sufficiently proven. The info is un-focused, both chronologically and factually. The limitations of his position? Possibly. Could be he just has fewer telephones between him and those who know than us. Either way, don't buy any lottery tickets with his numbers.

Yeah, if there is anything involving a good combination of snapbacks/grandfathering/increased flow, I'd be much more willing to consider 12/4. Basically, they can have 12/4 if nobody is ever actually capped at 12/4. That could be a win-win, really, because we don't get capped, and they get an on-paper-only victory, which is important to them, it seems.
