Envoy (American Eagle) Upgrade Reqs

One requirement is they have to be upgrading. They are losing 47 aircraft to PSA next year.

You must be an FO for a min of 7 years lol. It's just so depressing.

actually the first step to an upgrade at envoy is to be hired then the second step is to last longer than the company and upgrade.

Current vacancy bid to be cancelled follow by a displacement bid. They will run short as it is till CRJs are gone.

My perspective is bottom of the CRJ list in ORD. Commute in to sit 5 days of reserve, typically 3-4 on airport standby, the other(s) on a reserve availability period. Lucky to pull a round if anything. If you do get any flying, it's a deadhead (or two) followed by a 45 min leg. Honestly, if anyone is looking to fly I'd seriously consider other options

Is this a troll thread?

Best bet to upgrade is to start by filling out an application. If you want to upgrade on the 700 submit that application to PSA and the upgrade time is around 2 years? If you'd like to upgrade on the 175 submit the application to Piedmont. The upgrade time there is TBD based on delivery and certification.

If you want to permanently stain your resume apply to PSA.
