What could a newhire expect for upgrade times at Envoy? Most qualified applicants are looking at growth and attrition. How competitive is Envoy?

Indefinite time as an FO is about the best estimation I can give right now. Currently upgrade is at 7 years (07 hires) but with all the shrinkage, it's not going to decrease any time soon.

Probably the least competitive of all. You would have to be down to your last option and really want DFW or ORD at all costs.

If you don't get your foot in the door soon plan on a 4+ year upgrade anyway. The people that are going to upgrade due to the new equipment arriving at the regionals are getting hired now. The rest are going to have to wait for those people to move out to the majors, while there will still be movement it's going to slow down.

I think you are underestimating exactly how much hiring is going to be taking place at the larger carriers.
