Envoy Vacancy Bid Released

45 Captains (30 for the CRJ)

Info from on high states that while they officially only delayed the transfer of CRJs to PSA, Envoy Management is now planning to operate 35 CRJ 700s indefinitely.

NeXT Preliminar is showing

100 E175 DFW CA
100 E175 DFW FO
15 CRJ ORD FO

If this is true, then we might see more movement as Sr Pilots Flow and upgrades will come down to probably 5 years by next summer. Once they are done with 2011 hires is all the way down to 2013-2015 new hires.

New hires are going into the crj as well.

There were no hires between May 2008 and sometime in 2010.

RJ Pilot will be asking or telling people that t he flow is still 16 years. And no buddy, I have not upgraded yet.

It's an unofficial, unpublished vacancy bid that resides within the Envoy Decs system. It indicated 30 Capt upgrades last week and then jumped up to 60 Capt upgrades yesterday with positions in MIA. Finally published with 45 upgrades.

Looks like they are planning for another Vacancy bid announcement soon if there is already data in it, or they are just Catfishing.

If they publish that as the next Vacancy bid, it would make the most junior Capt 02/08 with only 753 pilots between him and the most junior pilot on the seniority list.

Gotcha. Thanks. That'll be nice if true.

Correct There where no new hire classes from May 13, 2008 until March 15,2010 and there are only 8 pilots hired in 2012 on the current seniority list.

Roughly 1 bid away from 5 year upgrade
Roughly 2-3 bids away from a three year upgrade at that rate.

RW really is about to try and push for the 2.5/6. I personally think it will settle in at ~3.5/6.5.

2011 was a big hiring year. Classes of 20-30 every two weeks with some into the 40s. Indeed many have left but it was still a very large year.

Upgrade time on paper will shrink indeed once that last person hired in 2008 upgrades.
