Im very happy with the E175's schedules with those longer flights.

How is a typical 175 line different from the 145? 4 day trips with 3/2/2/3 legs crediting enough for 16 days on? A lot of sitting around DFW in the middle of day? Any new destinations planned for the 175?

Uhhh....No. Not sure who else has 2 days of between every sequence as the norm. With the exception of those who have voted in PBS. We are complaining because we like to see our families

What is the dress code during training? When recruiting posts pictures with new hires and the check, they are in jeans. What about the rest of the time? Business casual?

Yes. That will do.

Jeans are fine if they're neat looking, collared shirt. I would dress up a little for any checking events though.

Dress code is no shorts, sandals tshirts, or athletic clothes. (Clean Tennis shoes are fine). Jeans and a collar on your shirt is all you need.

Most people in your class that aren't new hires, will wear jeans and a polo shirt. New hires tend to not know what to do so they pack only slacks and button ups their first time through. AA is the same casual dress. Personally, I only wear jeans in the building. I might tuck in my shirt for a checkride but that is about it. I have never failed anything and nobody I know in the training center cares the least bit to be honest. At least not anymore. Those types are not around anymore. If someone was wearing a tie, I would tell him to relax and take it off. Far more about attitude than what you are wearing.

I didn't see any contest rules, so what happens if you take the sign-on bonus and then get a call from a major? Is it as simple as just paying back the bonus on the way out. Or do they take your first born with it? What are the stipulations of accepting the bonus? Thanks

I proudly wore my envoy polo shirt.
