Envoy Cadet Program

Just wondering if anyone has heard of the Envoy Cadet Program and if they would recommend it? It sounds like a good deal. Anyone that works at Envoy please chime in. Do you like working there? I think the one time interview with American/Envoy is great, but I also know that nothing in life is a guarantee. I also don't know if it is wise to sign a commitment with anyone in this hiring climate. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Run...run before all the Envoy shills find you.

The envoy threads can provide a lot of the answers you are looking for.

Yes, better not get involved in a 1 year commitment. I'm sure all three legacy carriers will be fighting over you with all that experience you will have that first year. You should keep your options open.

Great Advice from a PSA pilot.

No need to jump at the first job offer. Keep your options open

If you have any desire to work for American, go for it. Nothing stops you from applying elsewhere, but I'll tell you what...not having to stress myself out about job fairs/networking etc is a HUGE plus and really makes this job less stressful then it might be at places without a flow. Just the opinion of someone who works here and is patientyl waiting my time to flow...

Oh, and like someone else said, don't worry about "tying yourself down" somewhere for a year. You're not marketable for a worthwhile career move one year in at a regional.

Oh great. Another Envoy trolling/promotion thread.

Mods, would you please place this in the main Envoy thread where it belongs?

Many thanks.

More great advice from a PSA pilot: Don't come here either. Shills inbound!
