And of course, all this on top of our no-interview flow to American Airlines. Speaking of which, AA has requested Envoy begin sending 40/month now instead of 30.

Does anyone know what industry leading pay for starting FOs is. Is it republic or endeavor?

I could tell you the number we are getting. PM if you want it..or wait until tomorrow like Christmas morning. ;)

Republic starts at 40/hour. Endeavor gets 30/hour plus 23k annual retention paid out quarterly I believe.

Remember that our pay increases will be permanent and fixed in our contract. Endeavor's is temporary and has an expiration date.

This should get interesting!

This will put envoy ahead of rah and endeavour I hear.

I'm definitely aware. It'll be a nice change to be on the front side of pattern bargaining making everyone catch us. This will be good not only for Envoy but the rest of the regional industry as well.

Additionally, that 40 flows/month is a HUGE number. Hope it holds up for awhile.

40/month and pay increases. Sounds like someone may be trying to make good on some 2.5/6 promises! Hope this works out I'm hopeful.

Only Envoy? Or all WO's? Recently it has seemed like whatever 1 gets the other 2 also see.
