Word was they were so bad that the price would have to be low enough to basically rebuild them. Always possible they are bringing planes over from somewhere else, although I think the Mesa planes are owned by United and just doesn’t seem likely to get planes from RPA as they purchased the last six new 175s from the previous order that Envoy was to get.

Both Air France and Japan Air will be retiring 170s in the coming months/years; I suspect these 15 are from one of them.
As for NY, keep dreaming. The slots were never Envoy’s and have always belonged to AA.
