As more 145 pilots make the switch, obviously more 175 pilots to fill the ranks.
Forty DCLs added last month but the latest bid will redistribute a lot of those to ORD, just in time for them to decrease their line count as DFW’s increase.
Still a lot of moving pieces in the Spring as Mesa goes away and the unknown date for the 145s to be gone. Air Wisconsin picking up flying, PSA’s DFW base and ENY’s PHX base.
But me thinks the days of high dollar OT are mostly gone.

Definitely the case. But if there are reserves a plenty that can fly that’s all the company cares about.

Yeah I see those reserve numbers, somehow they manage to 0 out almost daily.
