Since AAG owns Envoy can they just say we're taking 40? Or does that require a rewrite of the flow contract? I can't see how an increased flow isn't a win win for pilots and AA. I've been told at several interviews and events that AAG could careless if the WOs struggle for pilots.

Never. Why? Because I can guarantee you they are already sweating over the summer schedules. "We need those extra 10 guys to get us through the summer." Just like what happened last year, and the year before that. Staffing is not perfect. Anyone who says so is in their own fantasy world. If it's so perfect then why do I still get JM every month? Sorry, I don't buy this. Another used car. I am almost to my yearly limit (by contract).

It's a great asset and the envy of pilots at non-wholly owned regionals. Why all the constant whinning? Nobody picked this career for you. You did! Nobody forced you to become a regional pilot...more importantly nobody is forcing you to stay. If you are that miserable...don't take it out on people who are not forcing you into a career you are obviously not suited for. In life, and aviation in particular there will be many ups and downs. Perhaps you need a career that is much more steady but much less rewarding. That way at least it's predictable for you.

People a few pages back were talking about how they will see their buddies at AA soon..."hopefully very soon". So apparently many of you are indeed looking forward to the flow. And of course you should. It's going better than anticipated, allows Envoy pilots to flow over with no interview and no extra work...and creates amazing movement off the top for AA's wholly owned regionals.

The flow here is working better than planned and all you can do is find something to come on here and gripe about.

You are the exact problem with this company, when people point out something wrong "you guys get all huffy puffy" and go on the attack to brush off the real problems. That's OK, every forum and most people are saying the same crap about the horrible ways this company is being run, except you and your multiple screen names.
And you say running better then planned, that's funny, I thought it was running the way the arbitrator planned it. So with the way you said it, are you saying the company planned on not following the arbitrator's ruling, but things worked out, so they're sticking with it for now.
Flow is the only thing I don't complain about, not sure where you picked up i was.
