Four more 175s this year, but outside that, it hasn't really been announced how many 145s we will have at the end of next year, how many 140s are coming out of the desert, if the CRJs are hanging around, or what.
Probably because AAG doesn't even know. They seem to plan three months at a time, for the wholly owned carriers anyway.

It's going to happen until CA pay is raised or reserve gets better.

We know nothing about our fleet plan, either 😎

There are about 250 FOs that have not upgraded but could upgrade. They have bypassed upgrading for QOL, pay, flowing and other reasons. Senior FO compared to junior CA is about 1200 dollars different when comparing CA base pay with FO crediting about 100 hrs.
It's going to happen until CA pay is raised or reserve gets better.

I understand there are really quick upgrades right now. With the 250 FOs that could upgrade and the massive class sizes that have been going through the last few months, do you see upgrades slowing down quite a bit for those not hired in the next few months?
The other aspect to this is wouldn’t one of the new hires being forced to a captain spot or any quick upgrade run the risk of getting stuck on reserve for a very long time if they increase pay for Captains and the senior FO’s start upgrading?

Just curious on the hiring environment for the next year or so.

Anyone that comes here with 1,000 hours of 121 time will be forced to upgrade for the foreseeable future. You'll be sent to LGA and be on the bottom of the reserve list for a very long time. Might as well head to Endeavor and enjoy the better pay rate if you're going to be forced to go to LGA and sit on the bottom.

Most senior FO's are getting closer to the flow. If you upgrade, you risk getting yourself seat locked and not able to flow right away. I think a lot of the FO's that have bypassed are planning on staying FO's until they flow.

I mean you would slowly advance out of LGA as a junior captain, but what would it look like?
