I wait until the very last few minutes before I submit RF request for any OT. I want to see if they'll declare any days before I do. Since it's seniority based, there's no reason at all to submit early. If we all did that, they'd probably declare critical coverage more, and more often, before the RF window closed.
Besides, what is available on the first day of RF requests isn't always still there on the last day of RF requests. And sometimes there's new stuff too. Doesn't make a any sense to request early.

Rumor is that AA is going to go to 3 classes a month, but we will only get 29 or less a month.
Rumor of only sending 20 for August....looks like our newly minted LOA is working out great.
