Default The 10-Year Upgrade (ASA & XJT)

It's June 2017 and the most junior CA DOH shown on the ExpressJet APC profile is June 2007 (ASA) and April 2007 (XJT).

Why doesn't ExpressJet upgrade their APC profile to reflect the actual upgrade time? Advertising a ten year upgrade will drive away prospective pilot applicants.

What is the correct most JR CA's? Are you sure these are not correct?

It's not too far off from being accurate. I know we are still upgrading despite the shrinking on the ERJ side. We have about 50 guys to go to clear the 07 hires. People with half a brain already know about our upgrade time, they don't come for that. I'd come to Xjt if I was a new hire if you live in base or you value strong contract language at the regional level. You also seem to be able to fly as much or as little as you want here...Almost 110credit hours last month with still min number of days off. And working the schedule for guarantee with at least 15 days off is not that unachievable. We just need some good news to get the upgrades going at full speed.

The most junior ERJ captain is June 2007.

If we upgrade the rest of the 07 hires by the end of the year, we will stall have a 7 year upgrade.

I didn't say it would be all sunshine and rainbows after those guys but it's definitely a jump in the right direction.

Upgrading 50 people at XJT in 6 months? How many upgraded the first 6 months of this year? Or all of last year?

Because that is what it is. You don't put what the upgrade time is, you put the most junior upgrade DOH.

What are the chances of being based in Atlanta out of training? And doing training in Atlanta as opposed to the other training base?

0% chance. They are moving most of the pilots out of that base.
