Not sure what vulture means, but having been hosed by Delta after 26 years at Comair I know what it feels like to not have a choice in the matter. I'm looking for quality people such as displaced express jet types. Just reaching out.
Anyone can always PM me.

Not have a choice in the matter? There are plenty of pilot and positions available at Expressjet on the United and American sides of the company. Expressjet isn't going away.

I've seen numerous contacts terminated well before their expiration. United won't be ****ed whey save a few cents on the next bottom feeder to take over the flying. God knows, they've never cared about quality.

That isn't how a CPA works. A contract is a legal and binding agreement.

All business contracts have out clauses either side can execute for a cost. Those can also be renegotiated at any time. Don't believe that's how business is done? I suggest you see the current ASA side for a current example.

How did that work out for XJT in 2008 with the Delta contract on the west coast?

How many minimum A/C are covered under that new CPA each year? I have seen the max number as 120~ A/C, but I don't think XJT/SkyWest has ever posted a minimum number per that CPA.

How exactly does the new CPA contract work and what did SkyWest agree to when it was written?
