Yeah lets not try to skew this to make it seem like upgrade will just get better. Any future upgrades are going to be back-filled by CRJ people. So the upgrade time is indefinite. DO NOT come here. As there are many better options out there with better pay and a rapid upgrade. Regional's were never designed to have topped out 10 year FO's. It's absurd.

You people don’t seem to understand basic supply and demand fundamentals. Start with an economics textbook. Endeavor received their massive increases because the attrition was off the charts and they were experiencing impending doom. If you don’t have leverage you don’t have a position of power in negotiations.
The only people that actually matter, our negotiators, actually know this concept. And they have said it directly. The more people that leave and the more uncertain our future becomes, the better it is for the pilots. That’s why they haven’t jumped the gun on a new JCBA. Just patiently waiting.

While true you also need a company who is willing to step up and “show me the money”.
Will Inc or UAL step up us the question. Remember you are a subcontractor. Who owns EDV?
