Personally, I think they are primarily concerned about the CRJ side not fulfilling the DAL contract and Inc being held financially liable.
I think they thought that more people would flock to the Skywest side. They are so full of themselves in Saint George. Barf. Even with ALPA’s shortcomings on the regional side, it’s still far better than SAPA at Skywest

Yup. The vast majority left for their competition. My guess is maybe 10% went to Inc, if that.
I thought about it, but I'd have to work in a circus first as the guy who gets the male elephant excited when they want them to mate. After a year or two of that I'd have enough self respect back where I could go work for them.

I hope we can't fulfill our Delta contract, Delta takes Skywest out back and kicks the **** out of them, picks them up by their legs and we all watch their money fall out of their pockets. Ill be the guy that just stands there recording it, posting it on youtube, and getting at least 2000 likes. I've lost all interest in saving this place. Our fate has been determined so the only thing left to do is to enjoy the collapse, watch it go up in flames and urinate in the opposite direction

What “Delta contract” Delta negotiated a early out of the contract. They pay the penalty of the bad operation... XJT will be a all E145 airline making money buy the fall is my guess.

I get that a lot...( not to detract from the topic... ). so back on topic. The main goal is to get XJT back to profitability.. the last 5 years that looked like it just being the CRJ ops... then the tides turned when DL stated there intentions to be a 3 Regional portfolio... Doesn’t take much looking at other regionals on these forums to figure out how that will go down. But XJT will be making money by fall. One fleet type and can focus on solid performance for the next few years tell UA figures out what they want to do with there regional feed..

UA already has it figured out in regards to 50 seat lift. That number will reduce in the future. Where do you see that happening? Skywest, Commutair, Air Wisconsin, or ExpressJet? I see Skywest protecting the Skywest brand and the non-union side. And just like before, Skywest will say ExpressJet sucks, and they’re a drain on Skywest Inc. in a conference call, and most will believe it even though it’s the Mighty Skywest that’s pulling the strings. The only ones gaining here are the shareholders of Skywest Inc. Fortunately it seems that many are starting to realize that they are being severely taken advantage of by Skywest management (acmnd), and are realizing their worth.
