EPIC Ambassador window now open!

Just in case any of you model employees wanted to apply. A perfect way to lie to the next generation of aviators about how great ExpressJet is.

Do it simply for a resume boost. Anything to stand out from the pack...

The people who do the selection for this position aren’t completely ignorant. They can sense if you’re full of $hit and won’t give you the job. It’s a position that seems to be given to newer FOs. Same holds true for recruiter jobs at the Majors.

Yep just flew with a new hire who got offered the position for riddle. On line for about 3 months. Had to show him stuff in the contract he hadn’t studied yet.

Easier to spread propaganda if you don’t know any better.

Definitely one way to get a free or near free pilot recruiter. I wouldn’t waste the toner to put that nonsense on my resume. In fact, I don’t even put ExpressJet on my resume haha.

That’s because you’re such a shrewd businessman.

Recruiting experience can’t hurt.

It would be hard to represent some stuff in a positive light, but screw it..... I’d do whatever I could to stand out. Couldn’t hurt.

At the end of the day, any career is about a paycheck. Whatever helps you get a better life for you and your family of good.

There are things about this industry that suck. None of us can change any of them.

We can change our prospects with a better job-if we are lucky, and if we work hard. Do what you can to help yourself. Focus on what you can improve.

Moral victories and idealism pay $0.00.

Internet posturing and anonymous grandstanding COSTS $0.00

So it’s pointless from both sides...but I still have to endure the SAME effing conversation every gawd-damm pairing.....
“This company sucks....scheduling is so stupid....I can’t wait to get outta here.....blah....blah......BLAH!”

I’m missing your point.

Is there one?
