In all seriousness, I wouldn't consider XJT or any United Express regional. Subpar pay, indefinite upgrades, unknown future to name a few reasons.

Living in base is key for a lot of pilots with families. That means minimizing time away. Pilots have one of the highest divorce rates. It can be a hard life on a relationship.
Making it to the majors is key for a lot of pilots. That means flying for a regional that has a good reputation.
Good luck!
