Since GoJet’s 25 700’s are based in ORD and DEN, I suspect that is where these are heading. I also suspect that the Mesa IPO is to raise money to replace their 20 700’s based in IAD. It is pretty clear United is going to retire 700’s system-wide. SGU can replace their 700’s with the 175’s already on order.

The article is clear they are negotiating to see which of their regionals will get the 25. I would place ExpressJet, GoJet and Mesa at the top of the list for getting this business. Republic and SkyWest normally don’t fly United’s aircraft but their own aircraft in United’s colors.
