Worst airline to fly 2018
 

According to Forbes we’re one of the 3 worse. Mostly cause of lost bags. I don’t get that metric when we don’t have rampers or station ops.

These lists should only include airlines that you can buy tickets for.....and the associated express carriers just count towards their mainline stats.

Has anyone messaged the author of the article and explained what idiotic comments he has made? And, that it shows he really doesn’t understand the airline business, but just gets his data from the FAA reports.....

No, the guy quoted in the article is the professor. The author isn't. While your point may be partially valid, odds are that the guy writing the piece didn't understand some things and got it wrong.
