The 25 E175s are confirmed, by United, to be placed at XJT. I'm sure everyone at XJT is glad you and your bad attitude are long gone.

Also, XJT is now the second highest compensated regional behind EDV, with better healthcare and retirement.
How is XJT the second highest? Looking at the pay scales on APC, I don’t see much difference, and it still seems far lower than Republic as well.

What is the healthcare like?

Health insurance is good as is 401K. On top of the pay rates you also get $2500 ($2000 for captains) per quarter as long as you average 70 hours per month credit for the preceding quarter.

As a workaholic who lives local I’m making in the 70-75 K range annually.

Are you an FO or a captain?

The pay scales don't reflect the earned quarterly override (EQO) payments. First officers receive an extra $10,000 per year (paid quarterly). For captains, it's $8,000. It's not a bonus and it doesn't expire, because it's in the contract.

In addition, there's also a new hire bonus of $10,000 but I'd expect that to go up.

Don’t rely on APC data.

To add: if I was working the same hours as a captain I’d be making just over $100K.

As an FO, can you elaborate on being a “workaholic and living in base”? How often are you working, taking any days off?

It varies heavily month to month. Since August I’ve been crediting well over 100 hours per month. It averaged out over the year with about 105 credit hours per month and 10-13 days off. Like I said, living local helps because I can pick up red flagged day trips on short notice.
