When we are all under one contract, the normal displacement rules will once again be in effect. At that point, if the hiring hasn’t kicked in.......prepare for some ISL pain.

Any potential downgrades would be temporary unless an LASA pilot insists on remaining on the CRJ and can't hold CA. If downgraded, an LASA pilot is supposed to retain CA pay as long as he maintains a standing bid for CA.

With the expected growth to get to 170+ airframes, there will be plenty of upgrade slots for LASA pilots across all aircraft types.
