As a pilot group are you guys seeing any benefits in the EQO (earned quarterly override) program? I'm guessing this is another form of a, carrot on a stick to make you work harder, stronger, longer. Are you capable of attaining this extra pay with a reserve line or an awarded line with out picking up trips or extra days/work? With the new aircraft and bonus raised to $22K, I expect you'll be receiving a few more applicants than in the past. Are we newbies looking at a 6-10 year upgrade? SUCK!

I guess you haven't read the requirements of the EQO if you are asking this question....its 70hrs CREDIT average for the quarter...reserve is guaranteed 75 credit hours so they automatically qualify unless they are having days dropped by the CPO.

So the EQO is paid out to every pilot every quarter based on credit hours and not hours flown? That’s not bad.

Based on the tone of your post, I’d say you are the one campaigning for that position. The reason I was so welcoming to you has been pointed out by others already. You’re willing to complain about something you haven’t even bothered to educate yourself about.

Hey little Hawk I’m not complaining about anything. I’ve asked questions and you have chosen to be a real **** sucker and not answer them. So I’ll assume you don’t know anything.

Extremely easy to qualify for the EQO. You hardly have to pay any attention to it at all.
Even calling out sick doesn’t affect it as long as you use your sick bank.
Just don’t call it a bonus, or else the IRS will come in and withhold taxes at a higher rate and keep a bigger chunk of that money until next year’s tax season.
