Thxs for that info ... starting Indoc Nov 4th, wonder how that plays out 4.5 mo this of training I guess back and forth you go during the delays. Looking to get EWR if possible

As another data point, I can see half a dozen FOs on the seniority list who were hired six + months ago and still are not on the reserve list.
I would take this as a sign that expressjet is willing to invest a lot of time and training into anyone who is willing to keep trying. Could be other things, but this is my guess.
