True but it’s also 20-25 showing up 2 weeks after the 175/145 announcement. Which means new hires aren’t going to stop coming after the shiny new jet is gone.

It depends. Get shirts elsewhere-A Cut Above etc have far superior shirts. The uniform blazer is only available from the company (crew outfitters...) so to make it look right you need to buy the pants from them too. Ive never had issues with the crew outfitters pants. If you're going to get the leather jacket then get pants wherever you like. Don't believe the BS that the blazer is "still required"-I wore the leather jacket (and commando sweater) with other brand pants for a decade.
The pirep about the Crew Outfitters rep is spot on. Crew Outfitters management is aware of this issue with her and won't take any action.
What I do NOT recommend is getting your own non-uniform leather jacket (no provision for wings patch/stripes) or wearing a North Face/puffy jacket/etc. These guys look like slobs. You never see SKW, TSA, GJS, etc guys doing this.
The BEST leather jackets are from Pop's Leather in Incirlik, Turkey. Takes a while to ship, but they are vastly superior copy of the uniform jacket. Give yourself a couple inches to grow
