From what people are saying here, staffing is shrinking, flying is reduced, profitability is questionable, and the company isn’t negotiating on things that would repair the former two.

Looking at the seniority list I can confirm 136 names have been added in 2019. Total seniority list has been holding in the lower to mid 1400s for several weeks now.
All regionals should have attrition as people move on to better things. It's only bad when those better things are other regionals.

Also to note, at least at XJT, the vast majority of the folks on the list have either interviewed and been turned down at just about everywhere or have no desire to go anywhere. This isn't speculation. Fly with enough guys and you will learn this little unspoken secret. Upgrades may eventually happen. But not at a rate that you could expect at younger less senior regionals. Not even close.
