It’s about the same as every other airline. It is AQP.
No delays, no go home and study CBTs, you just go all the way through. Four days off after you’re done with training before starting IOE. They’ll positive space you to IOE and book hotels if necessary. |

ATP-ctp—2 weeks indoc—2 weeks systems—oral—4 days or so flows/procedures—sims for two weeks—IOE.
It’s all roughly that, AQP or not, everywhere you go. |

ATP-CTP-2 days of indoc-go home for 4 months-1 week of systems-go home for 3 weeks-1 week of systems-oral-go home for a week-a week of CPT/IPT-go home for a few weeks to few months-sims for a month-2 month break-IOE. Getting you through training without delays is actually a pretty good selling point today. Especially on the 175. |

Express Jet Training
I understand there are different ways Airlines Conduct their new hire training. Also I understand their similar in nature.
This is why I’m asking if anyone had been through specifically ExpressJet initial Training and what the footprint was like? Thx |
Day 1 — Corporate Orientation
Day 2-7 — Basic Indoc Day 8 — CRM From 9 onwards, you do a few days of systems, then a procedures training event. A few more days of systems then another procedure trainer event. Rinse and repeat until you reach procedure training event 4 and 5, which are back to back. Now it’s KV and PV time, on separate days. After that, it’s 5 simulators followed by your maneuvers validation. Then it’s 3 simulators for your Initial Line-Oriented Training. Then LOE, four days off and now it really begins. Edit: I think it said 40 days or so of training. Not counting weekends/days off. |
Also, if you have 3 or more days off they positive space you home.
