What he said^ That will never happen until they admit they need a flow or something extremely close to it. The CPP won't cut it. Period.
United will sit on their hands as long as possible before doing anything earth shattering.
It's a catch 22, people won't come here until the upgrades are down to 2-3 yrs and the upgrades won't happen until people start flowing in. This place is behind the power curve in a bad way. Bringing some overpaid consultant in from Virgin won't fix that. Pilots DO NOT CARE about lipstick on a pig. They only want results.
Money, flow, or a combination of the two. The current contract won't make it happen. Not even close.

For those of us who didn’t get the referenced email, any ideas what does this mean for UA-branded flying at non-wholly owned regionals (OO, YV, etc.)?
