Now back the question you haven't answered for the third time, and it's growing quite old.

Why does YX feel the compulsion to come to EV's thread and rejoice at the shortcomings of their operation currently being restructured when life is so good at YX?
I can’t answer that guess you’re going to have to ask YX. ASA/Xjet where never the same company EVER. So for the third time you never told me what OO took from Xjet..

You have a strange and consistent agenda. I don't understand your motivation in this regard.

These days networking helps principally after you get the interview at most places. But you never know. The right people have the insider track in terms of how to maximize your points system score. Some special HR types can even flag you for an interview. And then if you get the interview you might already have a rapport with the interview team. Networking isn't as important as it used to be with the points system in place at most desirable employers but neither is it a waste of time.

There is no agenda. Just trying to be real. I find it comical that Xjet doesn’t even have a 175 on property yet they claim they are taking Mesa’s 175’s also. They can’t even staff the flying they have. Also they can’t even stomach the FACT they are owned by ManAir not United

Judging by all your posts in this thread and your blind feverish defense of expressjet, I would say that would be you sir.

It would position XJT pilots in the driver's seat if UA cannot hire new pilots. We would get a flow and/or more money. You think starting up an E175 operation is difficult? Mesa did it within months, if they can do it, we can do it better and in a shorter time period. XJT training department was already prepared for the E175, this will be an easy transition for our company. One more thing, what makes you think UA would let us fail and keep all the other regionals around? You are not too familiar with the history of the majors and it shows! The more regional partners they have, the more chances of whipsaw and keeping cost under control.

Seriously are you drinking? Puts you in the drivers seat? United can take their airplanes and let another operator use them. And don’t think for a minute United needs you. Delta owned Comair and poof they are gone.

Yeah UA needs us, we are offering them a lower cost than anyone bidding for the E175 flying. Your airline will not outbid XJT, sorry you lost. Delta made a mistake parking Comair, it cost them more money than it saved them.

I acknowledged XJT's operational challenges/problems with the operation while also providing accurate historical context. Downturns and budget cutting leading to poor operational performance has been a cyclical problem in the fee for departure industry. That's neither feverish nor blind. It's okay, writing isn't everyone's forte, you can still have a good career as a pilot without that ability.

United regionals bickering amongst themselves is exactly how United gets such cheap feed. Im willing to bet if four out of the eight regionals stood united and demanded a career progression or we walk, we would get it in a heartbeat. Despite what United thinks WE are United; without our feed they sink. I know, its a pipe dream.
