To answer your questions:
1. Yes we have a company paid for trade board. You can advertise any trip you want and even reserve days. Nobody pays to have something picked up.
2. Premium pay on a day off is offered more days than not. If it’s not, most people won’t pick up open time. It’s always 200%.
3, Each day pays a minimum of 5 hours or actual block, whichever is greater. Doesn’t matter what the days is, if you’re on duty, you get at least 5 hours that day regardless of if you fly.
Per your example, a two day on days off where you fly less than an hour each day would pay a minimum of 20 hours at premium pay (5 hours minimum per day at 200%). Second year FO, that’s about $2400. Make it a transcon, add another $800 to that number. Junior captains right now on fourth year pay ... about $4700 for a two day trip on days off. Make it a transcon, add another $1500 to that number.

In no way am I trying to pretend XJT is a great place to spend your career and I believe morale is at the lowest levels ever. It's up to our union to fight for better pay and work rules. All premium pay needs to be 200% or even 300%. Five hours min per day has to be in our next contract too. United has billions, they can afford to pay us.

AA Regionals? Just because you have a flow, which takes 8 years not to mention, doesn’t make you the best regional. AA Regionals have some of the worst pay, reserve, and work rules out there.

+ It takes seniority, perseverance, a lot of time online, and some luck to pull off the things he claims. I believe what he claims is possible but it's unlikely. Obviously if you were one of those guys gaming the system effectively at a mainline carrier you would have better results by way of comparison.

They basically have Endeavor pay now with a flow, and hopefully, Envoy and PDT are not far behind getting the same pay rates.
