Interview Written Test?

Is ExpressJet still having candidates take a written test during the interview? I can't seem to find a definitive answer on this.
Thanks!

No written test. Just technical questions and HR type questions. Check out AviationInterviews.com, the gouge is spot on.

BUMP

I was planning on starting with CommutAir last year in the summer but due to family reasons I was unable to start. Since there was a long gap from accepting the CJO and starting date my CJO expired. I haven’t had a flying job since last summer when i resigned from aerial survey. Since then,I have been flying casually here and there to stay current.
Things have changed in the industry since last year and I am interested in XJT.

Because I have not had a flying job since last year, will this affect me in anyway for interviewing at XJT?
For the interview, will I have to do A sim session?

That’s a question best asked directly to a recruiter. But if you’re current, I think you should be ok.

They might have you mess around on a little desktop flight sim just to see if you have some sort of baseline skill. Nothing id worry about though.
