This is a carrot to staff the airline. There’s a reason United is putting them at expressjet, knowing the staffing issues they have. Reallocating 50 seat flying is easy. It literally happens every day. I just flew what was originally an expressjet trip that ended up in my company’s open time pot. Expressjet did the same thing when we were understaffed and expressjet was better staffed.

Changing up an already public announced aircraft delivery to expressjet would murder morale and staffing there.

You're an idiot! hahaha we all know you are here to just spew garbage... Xjt will be flying mostly 175's in the future and wind down 145 flying. CommutAir will most likely be the 145 carrier for Ual and Xjt the 175 operator for Ual. Everything happens in steps or baby steps... the 175's will be staffed and will continue to be staffed as they transfer 145's to CommutAir down the road... there will be plenty of 175's beyond 25 at Xjt as the longterm plan. Oh and I was shown a picture from a friend of a freshly painted 175 in the shop in Brazil and on the side it says "operated by Expressjet Airlines" So your little comments of "you dont have a 175 on property yet" is getting old because the first plane is already painted and just completed in the shop(brand spankin new) and will be delivered in a couple weeks... You have had a few months to get that resume all up to speed.. hope your taking action buddy! hahahah

Large RJ's are scoped out and OO gets the next 25. So if your future means 15-20 years from now you maybe correct..
