2nd/3Rd FO Pay
Hello everyone, I keep doing my research as you can see, this time planning a little bit my finances in the next couple of years.
I know what to expect 1st year including type rating bonus, total $71,100 as they advertise it. Zero complaints there.
What about 2nd/3rd year as an FO without those bonuses?. I know about the extra $10k/year if you fly more than 70h/month (is that correct?). But I'd like to know the earning potential apart from the min. guarantee. Would it be realistic to expect a similar W2 compared to first year? Assuming one can pick up open time often and is willing to work hard?
Thank you guys
