And so why not let them! Why cut off the nose to spite the face!! Market forces will dictate contracts! Not silly Union gimmicks! Vote these jokers out ASAP!!!

It’s also not the unions fault the CPP and Hogan’s have come to a standstill at ExpressJet, Commutair, Mesa and Air Wisconsin while United and the company advertise it as a direct path to United that has hired “thousands”. This is categorically untrue.
You wish for the pilots and union of Expressjet to sit silent while you tell new hires it’s all roses here.
The fact of the matter is both sides need to work together to improve this place to get more planes here. This will dramatically improve QOL and bring more new hires in.
That’s not Subodh’s MO though, so this is where we stand.

Spoken like a true management crony. Just look at history and any negative information campaign by a union. They generally get results because they work. It’s giving the market a little push in a certain direction. Not sure why you’re so against gains for the pilot group and becoming more in line with the rest of the industry. Unless you’d prefer we remain 3rd from the bottom like XJT is now.
