Year+ Upgrade at XJT
 
We all know most Junior Captain is less than 3 years right now. And a crap ton of movement at the company. Regards to the email from our VP of FO earlier this evening, do you think a year+ plus upgrade on the E145 is possible next bid?

As crazy as it sounds it’s right. The latest 175 guy was 12/12/2016 and there are only 57 people on the seniority list from all of 2017. So it could easily go to a 2018 hire if they have the time required of 1,000 121.

It’ll go to 1000 hrs. Whatever that is. Literally every captain eligible pilot will be offered an upgrade before 2019 is out.

Well, now we can be on par with every other regional out there as far as upgrades go.

Any input on CA 145 IAH vacancy? I didn't get awarded but got CA 175 ORD. Really would like to stay in Houston
