During training we get 65 hours per month. When do we go to the 75 guarantee? Is it after LOFT??? or after IOE???

I can tell you it’s not after LOFT. I did that 6 weeks ago and my paychecks haven’t changed.

I looked at my crew pay and can confirm your pay changes to 75 hour guarantee first day of IOE (pro rated first month ).
