Bid packets

Not even a message about their failure to get the bid packets out today? I guess at this point they assume that everyone knows not to expect them to be out on time

This happens everywhere, if you searched the posts from other companies. Doesnt make it right as I have felt your frustration but, I learned it is just one of those things that happens everywhere. And hey, its a regional.

That is not business as usual here. When the bid is delayed, they usually get in front of it with an email. Not this time. Company is slipping here, and nothing from Alpa...

It appears to be a company and ALPA miscue due to the United IT switch over this past weekend.

Plus, it makes people like me feel as if they’re going crazy. I could have sworn the little calendar thing said it posted on the 7th. Feel better now that I know I’m only a little crazy ;-)

It’s coming likely in exchange for pay rates and QOL improvements.

Has anyone heard that we are getting PBS?

New hire Line bidding: work 14 days for 80 hours credit at $40 an hour

New hire PBS with pay raise and QOL improvements:

Work 18 days (13 min days off vs 12), for 80 credit hours at $45 per hour.

If this is unrealistic, let me know why.
