Good news. OO will probably continue converting the older 700’s than.

Do you think Midland, Texas is “near” the West Coast??! Because it’s closer to the Pacific than Denver is.

Do tell. What is the loop hole you speak of?

Melit you know what the press release about that said as its been posted here multiple times! OO gets "Priority" on new flying not replacing existing flying to skirt around scope clauses or replacement aircraft for aging aircraft.

No, it says 25 new dual cabin aircraft NOT new flying https://www.skywest.com/assets/Uploads/PressReleases/SKYW-ExpressJet-transaction-13.18.18-FINAL.pdf

Where are you coming up with the nonsense of “ not replacing existing flying or replacement of aging aircraft “?

Two things wrong with using this as your source. 1) It’s a publication put out by SkyWest serving the interest of SkyWest investors. 2) It’s not the official contract using exact contract verbiage. “When opportunities arise” is extremely vague in itself. Like I said before, United will find a way to put those 175s where they want them and all indications are pointing to XJT like it or not.

It’s not my source, it’s a public press release. You claim there are loop holes, so I ask you again. What loop holes do you see in the contract? And when you say it just serves the interest of the investors, you do know United is an investor right?

United purchasing some stock in an airline (SKW) and buying an airline (XJT) are two very different things. I’m sure you are aware that ManaAir is a shell company ran by United Airlines.

What are the loop holes that’s what I’m interested in?

I know Mana Air owns a staffing company. And I may add they get an F because they can’t staff it
