Instead of this “Letter 2” junk, the MEC should be focused on a “Friends don’t let friends fly for Skywest” campaign.

They better move quickly because I’m not sticking around much longer just to have to go back to training again for another type rating without substantial improvements. If I go back to training for a new type it’s to fly heavier metal for more pay not the opposite.

That's what I'm wondering. I know they (skywest) were "owed"/ "contractually entitled"/whatever you wanna call it in terms of getting airplanes, but I didn't figure they meant the 25 specific XJT ones. I just don't see why/how it would make sense to do it this way
