Does anyone know of a website that can provide interview perp? Or can someone point me in the proper direction for getting some interview questions/format he can expect.

In all honesty, if you search this website you'll find very accurate info on the ExpressJet gouge. willflyforfood.cc and the before mentioned aviationinterviews.com are good as well. In my opinion, the ExpressJet interview is more a personality interview than anything else; they want to know that you (or your friend) genuinely wants to be there.

Thanks a lot for the help! I will pass it along to him.....I could not remember the aviationinterviews.com site. He just got an email day and has an interview in 12 days.

well hes lucky they gave him such a long notice. I was only given 3 days notice...a bunch of my friends go tthe same..
