And for going above and beyond today. When I can't ride my own airline it's a two-legger to get home.

On the first leg the gate agent told me too bad, so sad - weight restricted and try the next one. As I stood in the gate area looking at my options the captain came up, told the gate agent we were good and said to come on down. Outstanding.

On the second leg after many delays and crew changes I get to the airplane. The gate agent that cleared me and the captain I talked to have long since gone home, so I show up at the airplane pretty much unannounced. The only seat is up front, and the crew was welcoming and happy to get me home.

This is not the first time ExpressJet has helped me get home, but after today I felt I must say thanks for stepping up, showing the gate agents who is the boss, and keeping the commute train going.

Thanks again! You should all try FedEx for your commute sometime - we are on the weird dirty side of the airport but we love having other people to talk to!

 

I've had quite a few Fedex and UPS guys up front and we're always glad to give the ride, hope we can get you there again the next time you need it!
