You will find similar treatment from many carriers. I had to get myself to many interviews over the years. I wouldn't turn down a job offer based on this single event.

Fact of the matter is that **** happens. Should they have a contact number for occurrences/emergencies like this ? I'd have loved to have had one. But I also know that you can't plan for everything. I DO know that the employees I encountered (FA and FO) did all they could to help me in a pretty non standard situation. Without their help, I'd likely still be there. Good folks !

Will be interesting to see if I can get reimbursed for the hotel room :rolleyes:
