I submitted an AVA request for a trip that was within 7 days and was denied for sufficient reserves. However, the reserve allocation shows red for that day of the trip. Is this how AVA works?

The real stink is when someone tries to pick up an AVA and they are denied for sufficient reserves. Then someone tries to drop a trip on the same day, and they are denied for insufficient reserves.

Anybody notice that you can't AVA stbys anymore.. Not like I have gotten an AVA since last year but... I still try just like RDay drops/moves.. Haven't gotten one of those approved either! Even with ACP help

Management just leaves perpetual offers of vacation Buyback then AVA up even though they may not be actually buying back vacations nor then offering AVA trips; all they are doing is taking a monthly pulse of us in preparation for the next round of contract talks!
