Fdx ava

I submitted an AVA request for a trip that was within 7 days and was denied for sufficient reserves. However, the reserve allocation shows red for that day of the trip. Is this how AVA works?

Good luck with AVA ... although it's always available ... it's NEVER available .... not sure why they make it an option if it's never accepted

The real stink is when someone tries to pick up an AVA and they are denied for sufficient reserves. Then someone tries to drop a trip on the same day, and they are denied for insufficient reserves.

It's amazing how that happens.

The modeling is different

If the specific period shows Red, then I'd give CRS a call and ask why they don't want you to help them out?

Anybody notice that you can't AVA stbys anymore.. Not like I have gotten an AVA since last year but... I still try just like RDay drops/moves.. Haven't gotten one of those approved either! Even with ACP help

I was getting the response, "sufficient reserves." Kept trying and eventually approved for three AVA trips.
