No, I'm on the receiving end. I'm sure it is different for LCAs, I am in transition training and my IOE is 100+ hours but monthly highest line pay only is 69. But I do get extra per diem

I had a 66 hour trip a couple years ago. Ended up with a snow event in CDG delaying our departure for a duty period. The extra duty period plus a couple other necessary mods to our schedule kicked us into 150% for the entire trip! Went from 66 to 100 hours with no extension!
