Patiently waiting for you to post their reply.

It seems like they are all in this thing together, even the MEC thinks it’s a great idea. They keep talking about retirement OPTIONS but they are only exploring one 😏. They need to swallow their pride, stop that crap and admit they messed by even considering this POS

Like I stated earlier, if you had invested a year of your life into something, how likely are you to say, "Doh"? Everyone wants to save face. Remember, all there is a brakeman called "50%+1". Train is long left the station.

That train left the station when the last TA got sent to the crew force to vote on. I will keep saying, there should not have been a TA without a fix to the retirement.

Saving face is BS. When one does something NQR in the plane, you dont save face. You fees up, learn from your mistake, and move on.

"Saving face is BS". yes it is. Doesn't mean that people don't want to. I would submit that even highly trained disciplined pilots outside the cockpit want to in matters not of the cockpit. Equivocation is, in essence, saving face. Presenting some information but not information that is contrary or not part of the narrative could be laid at the doorstep of saving face. Consider how it feels when you have fess upped to being a moh-ron in the cockpit. I ain't perfect, and in observing my fellow FDX brethren for well over 2 decades in the cockpit, I ain't the exception either.
